I replaced the camshaft on a 3.1L V6 chevrolet engine from a 1993 Cavalier 4dr with auto trans. The camshaft sproket has an arrow mark, but I can not fin any marks on the crankshaft, except for the slot for the keyway which locates the harmonic balancer/pulley drive. Do I use this slot as a refence? If so, how do I aling the timing on the camshaft sproket? Thanks for your help. Manny manuelcebollero@oscsystems.com
