It is much quicker for you and us to discuss what you are interested in, what the shipping cost will be, and to place your order then it is to use this form.

     Since we ship all over the US including Alaska and Hawaii, it’s impossible for us to figure out what the shipping charges will be until we have your complete shipping address and have time to research it. Parts over 170 lbs. can’t be shipped by UPS and have to go by truck freight. UPS now has a way for you to calculate shipping time and cost to you. Just use their Calulator on their Web site. We have not tried it yet, but we are assuming the cost should match up pretty close with the UPS shipping program on our counter sales computers.

     We don’t recommend using US mail except in areas where that is clearly your best choice. US Mail does not provide you with a tracking number so you can check your orders progress and from our experience is a little more expensive then UPS ground.
     Truck Freight has to be used for items the weigh over 70 lbs. like crate engines and a lot of the heavier transmissions.

     All three elements have to be in your e-mail address or it will not work.
johndoe is the username, aol is the provider of your e-mail account, and .com is the type of account your provider is registered for. Types can be .com, .net, .gov, .org, etc. With all of the different possibilities, we can’t possibly guess what your correct e-mail address should be, any more than what your street address should be.
     We at Sallee Chevrolet want to make sure that what you order will work for your application, before you buy it. In most cases, shipping by UPS Ground is the most cost effective way to ship to you.
       

     Your order will be stored in a secure area of the secure server, a small e-mail message will be sent to the Webmaster informing him that an order was placed, and your browser will then take you to a thank-you page.
     Your order will be submitted prior to your browser being redirected to the thank-you page. Once you press the “Submit Form” button on this form, your order is placed and can’t be stopped from going through by you.
     If by chance you do want to cancel your order, just make a note of the time and date that the order was placed and what the order was for. Then send an e-mail message to [email protected] with this information saying that you would like to cancel the order. Canceled orders have to be done with-in a few hours of being submitted or there is a slight possibility that the order will have shipped before we were notified, depending on what the order was for.
     Secure Orders are collected at random during the working day. Orders that are placed after 5 P.M. pacific time on Fridays will not be handled until the following Monday morning. After the order is retrieved, a copy of your order will be e-mailed to you minus your card number to let you know your order was received. If you are not notified by the following workday, there probably was a problem with your e-mail address. If this happens, either call us using our toll free 1-800 number or e-mail the Webmaster by clicking on the Webmaster’s e-mail address just above here. When you contact us about this; make sure you give us enough information so that we can track down your order and update you. This form “will not” extract your correct e-mail address, but using the e-mail address link above to contact us will give us your correct e-mail address. Also, make sure your e-mail account isn’t full and bouncing your e-mail back to the sender or that there aren't any other problems with your e-mail account. If you include a phone number with your order where we can phone you if a problem comes up, that will help greatly.

     We only store information and e-mail addresses that people use in contacting us or working with us for future reference. Like if you order from us again or there is a problem with your order.

     A couple of our pages do use cookies. These are only for the counters on those pages to keep hit counts on those pages accurate. The discussion board uses cookies to verify your account, if you have one. Feel free to disable cookies, Active X, Java, and Java Scripts on your browsers. Only a few unimportant things will be affected if you do this. You will also notice that we don’t have any banner ads on our site. So you don’t have to worry about an Internet ad agency trying to collect information on you and tracking your movements.
     We do use our server log information to get information on people that are causing problems though and in some extreme cases a person could be banned from access to our site or to the discussion board. If this has to be done, that person’s Internet Service Provider will also be notified of the problem.
     Credit card fraud is a legal matter and will be handled accordingly.
