Engine: 97 vortec block .030 over, trw 2valve flat top forged pistons, torque plate honed, H.O.T. cam kit with 1.6 rockers and lt-4 springs,Vortec heads with screw in studs, opened up to 2.02, 1.60 blended bowl work, valves unshrouded, manley stainless valves, 3 angle valve job, 7116 intake, 2000 stall 700r4, 3:73 rear end 1981 swb 1/2 ton truck. This truck is planned for a play toy. I will be using it as a saturday night ford lighting killer. What would be the best size headers ? Which holley model carb would you suggest? also what degrees should the distributor set at for best performance and driveability. Also which dist do you reccommend?
