engine swap in 92 camaro

I have a 92 camaro with a 3.1 liter V6. I would like to chunk it and put in an LT1 and a six-speed. My question is how difficult of a swap is this? How much will it cost (approx.). What parts will need to be replaced in order to retain all the accessories ( i.e. power steering and brakes, a/c)? Any help or info anyone can provide would be very appreciated! Thanks guys.
