Jeff, the iron head torque figure is 75 ft/lbs for the long bolts and 65 ft/lbs for the short bolts. The stock rocker "bolts" should be torqued to 40 ft/lbs - hopefully you are changing to adjustable rockers, then the torque should be 45 ft/lbs (if using the "adapter" type aftermarket stud with 3/8 inch bottom thread).
