The ZZ4 is a good candidate for your application, it should be modified slightly to insure long life!The power range with the stock cam is idle to 5000 RPM - just right for most boats! The valves should be changed to Manley Stainless Severe duty units, also roller rockers add to the durabilty. Be sure to use a marine ignition system (either your stock unit or MSD system) and limit total ignition advance to 32 degrees. The marine 350 Vortec is available, call Tom at Sallee Chevrolet! DRHP
