what engines can I drop in my 88 monte ss and still use the computer??

I have a 88 monte carlo ss, the original engine has alot of blow-by, and is worn out. I want to put a 350 5.7 in What Goodwrench engine will bolt up to all my acsessories. And also what computer do I need to make the car run correctly. I plan on using my intake manifold with the factory quadra jet. I want to preform the engine swap in a weekend, without hassle. HELP!
