: I have a ZZ4 on the way, and I need a new 700R4.
: I don't like TCI.

: Does anyone know the best 700R4 and TORQUE CONVERTER for the ZZ4?
: Thank alot.

Basically, use 85 & up 30 spline. You can get either lock or non lock converters.
Probbly use lockup with controller, go B&M or other good aftermarket - you can get
whatever stall you want - check the convert mfg for recommend for your combo.
Also good to put in firmer shift kit and stronger
clutch packs, and the Vette type 3 - 4 shift valve so it doesn't hunt. Might be good
to consider either buying built trans from aftermarket, or major durability upgrade kit
&/or parts. Then they're good for around 400 lbs-ft.
