ZZ-4 to slow HELP!!

I have a ZZ-4 in a 86 camaro, 750hp holley, msd,headers,rollbar, subframe connecters, 3-73 rear,50,000 coil, slicks,1.6 roller rockers, everthing!
Only does 13.50 in 1/4, Is this All it has?
