Just bought a retired 1989 Caprice police cruiser. Has the HD suspension, but wimpy 305 TBI "E". What would be a painless and more powerful swap? Would like to retain accessories (AC!!! I'm in TX) and the tranny seems to be in great shape. Any help would be appreciated!
