'85 Monte SS a/c

I know it is winter, but I want to fix my A/C problem before next summer. My a/c system blows out cold air, and the blower motor seems to be working fine. But barely any air is coming out of the vents on the dash. Hey partsmaster any ideas??? P.S. any word or specs on the 383 crate motor yet?
