ZZ4 for a 1990 pickup

I am thinking about purchasing the ZZ4 engine for a 1990 Chevy P/U. I have heard that the stock 350 manifold/TBI unit will work on the new motor. I am wondering if this is true. Next, will exhaust manifolds (stock or aftermarket) that fit the stock 350 fit the ZZ4? Also, are there any complications with hooking this motor to the stock transmission?
