ZZ4 shortblock and Vortec Heads

What would be the compression for an engine using the
ZZ4 shortblock and the Vortec heads. Are the timing
chain, balancer and oil pan included with the short
block? Also what is the latest price for the ZZ4
short block? Thanks in advance.
