1989 Astro 4.3L How to get more power?

I have a 1989 astro,I put a 350 in it, and it went bad so im wanting to rebuild the old 4.3L. But i want more power in it,is there anyone who knows how to build it good and strong? PLEASE HELP I miss the power of the 350.just email me and maybe i can help you with something.
