Dear Larry:
Enclosed you’ll find the photos of my 1972 Chevelle and the complete 502 project that we started
last year. I am the original owner of this car that started life as a 350 SS and has now grown up and has entered the
elite status of the ever so awesome big block family and oh what a difference. I have to say that I am equally
impressed by the professional and courteous manner that the technical expertise and workmanship of Dennis and Dwaine
and the other guys out back in the building, testing and shipping of this finely crafted motor. One look at it when I
first went to pick it up, I could tell that a lot of pride and quality went in to putting it together. It really is a
beautiful motor. Once installed in the Chevelle, it started on the first try and the performance is unreal. I know that
I am a very happy and satisfied customer and highly recommend Chevrolet to anyone for all of their high
performance needs. Everyone around here knows it because I'm constantly asked the question? Where did you get the
motor. Enjoy the pics.
Sincerely,
Dave Hamilton

P.S. Aside from the 502/502 package, I’m running Hooker Super Comp headers, 850 Holley, Fluidampr
balancer, MSD ignition, B&M; TH 400, Denny’s nitrous ready driveshaft with 1350 Spicer U joints, 12 bolt posi with 3.55
gears, and rounded off with American Racing Torq-thrust D’s and BFG T/A radials. Dyno results are: HP 526 @
5500 rpm and Torque 581 @ 4200 rpm. Also a double roller timing set, Crower roller rockers, and
a Comp Cams roller cam complete out the drive train. |
