Special runner cross-sections optimize flow to the end cylinders. Its tuned runners are engineered to work with the
ports in Pontiac Super Duty cylinder heads.

high-rise four-barrel intake manifold. Its single-plane design and tuned runners enhance high-rpm horsepower.
Carefully engineered runner cross-sections promote even fuel distribution to all cylinders. An air gap beneath the
runners insulates the intake charge from engine heat; there is no manifold heat riser passage. The square carburetor
pad is machined for a standard flange four-barrel.

V6/90° Aluminum, Daytona Dash Intake Manifold. This aluminum intake manifold for competition Chevrolet V6/90° engines
is engineered to fit Pontiac Super Duty cylinder heads P/N 12480009. These heads have intake runners that are raised
.200” above the production port location to improve line-of-sight flow. The runners in this intake manifold are raised
a corresponding distance to maintain the correct head-to-manifold port alignment. This manifold uses the proven
single-plane design with a common plenum feeding all six cylinders to maximize horsepower at high rpm. Its short,
straight runners provide an unrestricted path for the intake charge. The runner entrances are radiused to minimize
turbulence in the plenum and to promote uniform fuel distribution. An air gap beneath the plenum insulates the intake
charge from engine heat.
Technical Notes: The carburetor flange has three bolt patterns to accommodate popular performance carburetors.
A 1” thick, four-hole aftermarket carburetor spacer is recommended for maximum performance. This manifold will clear
a large diameter H.E.I. distributor cap. This manifold does not fit Chevrolet-type V6/90° cylinder heads. |

Quadrajet four-barrel carburetor. It was designed for marine applications and does not have provisions for EGR. This
manifold is first design with 5 bolts per side to attach to cylinder head to be used with production cast iron

V6/90° Aluminum, High Performance Four-Barrel Intake Manifold. This high performance aluminum manifold is used on all
200-229-262 cid (3.8 and 4.3L) Chevrolet V6 engines. This manifold is designed to use the following Holley
carburetors: 390 CFM; 500 CFM; or 600 CFM, depending on your engine requirements.
Technical Notes: This manifold does not use an EGR valve. Check manifold and carburetor-to-hood clearance
before installation. This manifold will not fit 18° head. |

V6/90° Aluminum, Second Design Box-Style, Raised Runner Intake Manifold Base. This second design box-style aluminum
intake manifold is designed for raised runner V6/90° cylinder heads. It has larger inlet runners and a bigger plenum
than the first design manifold (base 14044803, top 14044804) which has been discontinued. An air gap beneath the runners
insulates the intake charge from engine heat. This second design manifold will clear a large diameter H.E.I. distributor.
The manifold cover’s carburetor mounting flange fits standard flange and 4500-type four-barrel carburetors. The carb pad
is undrilled to allow the carburetor to be mounted sideways or with its float bowls at the front and rear of the engine.
This cross-ram intake manifold is recommended for all maximum-effort V6/90° competition engines equipped with raised runner
Chevrolet cylinder heads.
Technical Notes: An aluminum plate should be mounted between the runner entries for optimum performance; see
the Chevy Power manual for information. |
