We need the information below to be able to contact you and so we are to be able to tell if a part you want will
work for you and the application you plan to use it in. We have been able to save many people time, money, and headaches with this information.
If you don’t want to risk buying something that won’t work for your vehicle or application, then provide us with
as much information about your vehicle and application you will be using it for as possible. We will not be responsible
for people using parts bought from us in applications that they were not designed for or buying parts that won’t fit
because you failed to provide us with enough information. Please help us to help you.
Some parts like body sheet metal and window glass we can not ship across the oceans because there is too high of a
risk that these items will not make it there without being damaged in shipment. With the information about where you
live we can inform you of any problems like this ahead of time.
This form will be responded to by e-mail if an answer is available to the Webmaster to be given. Phone numbers will
be used to contact you only if the Parts Manager feels it’s important enough to do so. If your e-mail address is wrong,
the Webmaster will not be able to respond. Usually two attempts are made on a bad e-mail address and then the
message is filed under “Bounced E-Mail” and no further attempt will made to contact you. We just can’t afford to phone
everyone long distance without raising our prices to cover the cost of doing so.
Faxes also cost money to send so fax numbers also will only be used if the Parts Manager feels it is important enough.
So make sure your e-mail address is correct before submitting this form.
If you have not received a reply to your message with-in 2 weeks and you really need and answer, please call and talk
to the Parts Manager about what you need. The 1-800 number is toll free and won’t cost you anything to call. |
