GENERAL INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW | |

Welcome to the Chevrolet catalog on the Internet!
The one stop shop for all your Chevrolet high performance needs, almost all anyway. We do not stock much in the way of 4 or 6 cylinder parts, for example. There is just not much support or demand for them. We can special order any 4 or 6 cylinder parts that are listed in the GM Performance Parts catalog if you need them though.Chevy small-block and big-block engines are our main focus and where most of or expertise lies. We have a staff of sales people that have extensive knowledge of these engines. We also have a Race Shop that specializes in building up new crate engines. If you do not see a crate engine that will suite your needs, call and we will custom build one for you. It takes time for our Race Shop to do their work, so take that into consideration before ordering. We can get a pre-built crate engine to you much faster then one that needs to be built up first. Our Race Shop is not geared for doing conversions on cars. Engine building is their forte. About stock factory replacement parts or stock factory vehicles: Please go through your local dealer for questions or ordering parts and vehicles. If you live in a region of the world where you do not have access to stock parts or the cost of stock parts are much more then if you ordered them from us, then we will try to help you. Inform us first of your situation so that we will know that we are your only source you have access too. If your local dealer informs you that a GM part has been discontinued and they can not get it, then we will not be able to get it either. So please do not ask us if we can get it for you. The only crate engines we have, that are certified emissions legal, if installed properly, are the stock replacement GM Goodwrench engines. For all other situations or engines on this site, consult your local and national laws to see if they can be legally use for your application. Pages with prices on them are kept as current as possible, but there are times and situations where they may not be current. So verify with us first of the price of a part before ordering. If the page has a date stating when it was last updated, you can use that as an indicator of how current the prices on that page are. The end goal is to have all the GM and Chevrolet parts prices in the “GM/SC PRICE & PARTS SEARCH”, and all the other aftermarket company prices on downloadable Excel pricesheets. GM updates their prices monthly on CDs, to us, that can’t be converted to Price Sheets, so this is the best way for us to handle their prices. Chevrolet is a warehouse distributor for Proform who is the licensed source for GMPP chrome parts. GMPP licensed parts will have both the GM and Proform part numbers shown. Some parts made under license are only sold under the Proform name and will only have the Proform part number. Proform makes these parts under license from GM to have the GM logos, names, and markings on them for both GM and the general public. We save you money by selling these parts under the Proform brand name, instead of the GM brand name. Proform still continues to make some parts like chrome alternators after GM removed them from their catalog and/or discontinued them. If GM discontinued them, their was no longer a need to continue the license agreement with Proform. These parts are the same as they were under the GM brand name, but can’t carry any GM logos or names because they are not licensed to do so anymore. About half of the Proform parts never were sold under the GM name, but you can count on Proform’s quality and low cost, that so impressed GM, to apply to all their parts. Chevrolet is one of the best sources for all GMPP And Proform Chrome Parts on the internet. IMPORTANT! We no longer ship to or take orders from outside the USA. We will only ship to and take orders for people and companies that are within the USA. If you live outside of the USA you will have to find a company willing to ship to you. |

| Forty Seven years with Chevrolet have brought the Sallee family the necessary experience to assist our customers in a manner that is sure to exceed expectations. On May 18, 2006 GILBERT AUTO GROUP announce that it had purchased Sallee Chevrolet. Sallee Chevrolet is now known as Chevrolet. Chevrolet will retain the extensive line of aftermarket parts and engines that where carried under the Sallee Chevrolet name. Because the GILBERT AUTO GROUP includes Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge you many start seeing a lot more parts for those vehicles showing up on our site in the future. For the time being, we will retain the Sallee Chevrolet domain name but this may change in the near future. All of our e-mail address using sallee-chevrolet.com will still work as before.
