When ordering certain transmissions, a core charge will be added to your bill. This
core charge will be refunded when Hughes Performance receives your exchange transmission. The exchange
transmission must be complete and in rebuildable condition. A full core charge refund
will be made for an exchange transmission free of damaged hard parts such as case,
extension housing, etc. A partial or no core charge refund will be made for a damaged
exchange transmission. The exchange transmission must be the same make, model and year
as the purchased transmission. If Hughes Performance does not receive your core exchange within a period
of 30 days, no refund will be made. |
