The HT 383 truck engine is now here. This crate engine produces 325 HP @ 4,500 RPM and 415 ft/lbs @ 3,500 RPM.
The HT 383 is specially tuned for torque and is a great truck engine. This page contains a list of parts for the HT 383 as it was first release by GM. Keys - scperformanceeng, gmperformanceeng, or gmgoodwrencheng for SC, GM, or Goodwrench engines. Use allengine for a complete list of all three. |

was designed to be a work horse with over 400 ft. lbs. of torque from 2,500 RPM to 4,000 RPM! The fact that it also
produces 325 HP at 4,500 RPM adds to it’s reputation as one of the best small block truck engines available. Note: This is a parts list for this crate engine which was made by GM.
